What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form. We ask for your name, your email address and your message, and we use them only to answer you. Your message is sent to our own mailbox and is not stored on this website. The one exception is spam: if our spam filter rejects a submission, we keep it for 30 days so that a message blocked by mistake can still be found and answered, after which it is deleted automatically.
When you apply for a job. Our vacancy pages contain no application form. “Apply here” opens your own email program, addressed to jobs@zenztech.com, so your application never passes through this website.
When you simply visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, which pages were requested and when. These exist to run and secure the site.
Security monitoring. We use Wordfence to protect the site against attacks. It records IP addresses, blocked requests and failed login attempts.
Cookies and embedded content
We place a small number of cookies of our own. They remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. They do not track you.
We use no analytics, no advertising and no profiling. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no social media tracker on this site.
Two parts of the site load content from other companies, and neither loads until you have given permission:
- Vimeo — video, on the pages that contain one (privacy statement)
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page (privacy statement)
Until you accept, you see a placeholder and nothing at all is requested from Vimeo or Google. Once you accept, your browser contacts them directly and they can see your IP address. If you would rather they did not, simply do not accept — the rest of the site works normally without it.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie individually.
Who else processes your data
We use these companies to run this website. Each of them processes data on our instructions only.
- TransIP — hosting and server logs (Netherlands)
- Microsoft — sending the email this site generates (EU)
- Complianz — cookie consent, running on our own server (Netherlands)
- Defiant (Wordfence) — security monitoring (United States)
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our using it. You can also ask for a copy in a portable form.
Write to privacy@zenztech.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes to this statement
We update this statement whenever the website changes in a way that affects it. This version dates from 21 August 2026.
