Questions

Good to know

Zenz customers and their teams: both the system managers who run the platform and the business users who make decisions with it, or about it, day to day. It's a customer community event, not a public conference.

The first four tickets per organisation are free, enough to bring a mixed team of system managers and business decision-makers. Additional places by arrangement. Travel and accommodation are arranged by each customer; we'll share suggested hotels and guidance.

Most organisations bring 2–4 people, and the first four tickets are free. Bring the people who run your Zenz platform alongside the business users who make decisions with it. A mixed team gets the most out of both days. Mixing seniority works well too. Note your team on the form and we'll follow up.

An optional day for account-specific conversations: roadmap and deployment planning tailored to your platform. You choose the date that suits your team when you register: Monday 9 November (before the plenary days) or Thursday 12 November (after). It's scoped with you in advance so it stays focused and useful.

Yes, that's the point of bringing the community together. Customer-presented sessions run under a Chatham House approach: insights may be used afterwards, but not attributed to the person or company that shared them, and the attendee list is shared with everyone in advance so you know who's in the room. Platform demos run on our ready-to-use demo environment with representative data, so no confidential customer data appears on screen, and if you'd like to share your story, we're very open to discussing enhancements or alternatives to make that comfortable. You always choose what you present.

Please do. The agenda is still taking shape and this conference is also your channel to influence the Zenz roadmap. Use the "Help shape the conference" box on the registration form to tell us what you'd like to get out of it, suggest a topic, or offer a customer story to share with the community. On Day 2 there's a dedicated Q&A panel with Product & Engineering to make your voice heard on features and improvements.

Yes, choose "Tentative" on the form and add a note. Registering signals intent to attend and helps us plan; it isn't a binding commitment. The conference dates themselves are set: 10–11 November 2026, so if it turns out your team can't join, we'll make sure you stay in the loop on what comes out of it.
